MASSOOD OROOMCHI (FCA (UK), B.SC.)

Massood specializes in Bill 198/SOX compliance and IFRS transition requirements, corporate governance, disclosure and internal controls, complex accounting and shareholder reporting, business risk assessment and business process optimization.

He also chairs and speaks at numerous conferences, universities and professional institutions on corporate governance, Bill 198/SOX compliance and IFRS transition requirements. As a finance executive with 35 years experience, Massood has worked extensively in various senior finance positions in a cross section of industries. He has also worked in public practice in Canada, Europe and Middle East. Massood is a member of the Board of Trustees of Canadian Financial Executives Research Foundation ("CFERF"). He is a past-member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Executives International in Canada and Past-Chair of its Audit & Finance Committee. He is the Past-Chair of the FEI Canada's National Technical Committees as well as the Committee on Corporate Reporting. He is also a past-member of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in Canada. Massood is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from England and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics. Massood is also the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board of Governors of St. John's-Kilmarnock Private School in Ontario.

ALEC MOORE (MA)

Alec has 30 years experience in guiding small, medium and large organizations in developing and enhancing their internal controls in the areas of Risk Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Performance Management (such as identifying and monitoring Key Performance Metrics). He has also assisted numerous private companies in preparing for Initial Public Offerings ("IPO") in each of the above areas. Alec has considerable expertise in leading a large number of mergers and acquisitions including leading due diligence programs as well as developing and executing post-acquisition integration programs. Alec has led international Human Resource teams, on both interim and full time bases, including developing and delivering value - add Human Resource programs to evaluate management performance, reward and compensate employees, enhance training and development as well as improving the design and effectiveness of critical Human Resources Policies. He chairs and speaks at numerous conferences and provides management and executive client training. Alec has a Masters degree in economics and serves as a member of a number of not-for-profit Boards including the local United Way, acting as Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Human Resources Committee.
